Section 01

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bg398 platform and all its services, games, and operations. bg398 is an online casino and betting platform that provides entertainment services to users in Bangladesh.

• Keeping your account password and login details secure is entirely your responsibility.
• If any account information changes, you must notify our support team promptly.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

If we determine that a user has provided false information, is operating multiple accounts, has engaged in fraudulent activity, or has violated any provision of these terms, bg398 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close that account without prior notice.

Section 03

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

bg398 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳500.

Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be voided.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the amount requested and the verification process.

• Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• bg398 may request additional verification documents if needed; failure to provide them may delay the withdrawal.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 4 for details).

3.3 Currency

All transactions on bg398 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any fees related to currency conversion or use of third-party currencies are to be borne by the user.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Conditions

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the original deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in total wagers must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A user may not claim the benefit of any specific promotion more than once.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts, the same IP address, or the same payment method may result in account closure.
• bg398 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any specific promotion.
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected in connection with any bonus activity, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Winnings from bonuses are held separately until the wagering conditions are met.

Section 08

Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bg398 platform:

• Creating an account on behalf of or for use by a minor.
• Operating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Any attempt to damage the platform's software or systems.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to bypass geographic restrictions using a VPN or proxy.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any part of the platform.

Engaging in any of the above prohibited activities gives bg398 the right to take legal action, and all funds in the relevant account will be forfeited.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

bg398 will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Losses due to temporary platform unavailability or technical errors.
• Financial losses due to delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Losses due to issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• Losses resulting from a user's password or login details falling into the hands of a third party.

Section 10

Privacy and Data Collection

The collection, storage, and processing of users' personal data at bg398 is governed by our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you also agree to this privacy policy.

We follow the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and may request a copy of your national ID card or passport to verify your identity when needed. This information is used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.
